About Heather

As a dedicated real estate professional at RE/MAX Beacon, I am passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of buying and selling homes on the North Shore. With over two decades of experience, I’ve had the privilege of assisting countless buyers and sellers in achieving their real estate goals.

I began my career in 2005 when I joined my mother, Carol Dagle, to form the Dagle Team under RE/MAX Advantage. Together, we built a strong reputation for providing exceptional service, offering expert guidance, and creating personalized strategies for each client. Today, I continue to bring that same commitment to excellence, now with RE/MAX Beacon, where the cutting-edge technology and trusted brand of RE/MAX empower me to deliver even greater value to my clients.

When I’m not assisting clients, I’m deeply involved in my community. As the Vice Chair of the Affordable Housing Trust in Gloucester, I work to support initiatives that improve housing accessibility and affordability. I’m also active in the Gloucester Chamber of Commerce, where I help promote and grow our local business community. Previously, I served as Chair of Discover Gloucester, the local destination marketing organization, and was a proud member of Gloucester Rotary.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time with my two teenage daughters and embracing the beauty of the North Shore through activities like boating and beach days. These experiences allow me to connect even more with the community I serve, enriching both my personal and professional life.
