My name is Nefty Alvarez, and I’m proud to be a real estate agent with RE/MAX Beacon, a company dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to both clients and agents.
Although I’m new to practicing real estate full time, I bring a wealth of experience from many different angles of the industry. Over the past nine years, I’ve been deeply involved in my own real estate investments, with hands-on experience in property management, renovation, and restoration. This background gives me a unique perspective that I can now share with buyers and sellers as they navigate their own real estate journeys.

Born and raised on the North Shore, I know the area inside and out and love sharing all it has to offer. Outside of real estate, I’m active in the community through charitable endeavors and enjoy restoring homes and cars, traveling, and embracing new experiences.
